ABOUT ME

Cindy is a global financial executive, startup investor, and passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the business world. With a deep commitment to fostering a more diverse and inclusive startup ecosystem, she encourages under-represented groups to engage in startup investing and non-profit board work.

Having kickstarted her career at J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong, Shanghai, New York, and Seattle, Cindy gained invaluable experience across various roles within the Corporate Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions. In 2016, she spearheaded the strategy for an AI fintech company, successfully negotiating licensing deals with major hedge funds on an international scale.

During her tenure at PitchBook Data, Cindy cultivated strong relationships with global venture capital funds, private equity firms, corporations, and financial institutions. Her advisory expertise spans Fortune 500 companies, high-net-worth individuals, governments, and venture capital firms.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Partner Revenue and Ecosystem at Highspot, Cindy manages a global team that is focused on developing a robust global partner strategy and driving revenue through the partner ecosystem. In recognition of her exceptional accomplishments, she was honored as one of the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 under 40 in 2020.

Cindy remains actively involved in her Seattle community, holding positions on the boards of various non-profits and private companies. As the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Seattle Finance Collective, she champions diversity and inclusion in finance. Additionally, she serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Course at the University of Washington Continuum College.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Cindy actively shares her insights and expertise as a sought-after speaker at industry events and conferences. Her speaking engagements have allowed her to contribute to the advancement of the finance and startup communities, with a particular focus on promoting diversity and inclusion.

Cindy calls Seattle home and finds joy in career coaching, tennis, golf, boxing, and traveling.
