Salary Negotiation
Negotiating your salary can be a difficult and intimidating thing to do. My goal is to help you get the salary you deserve. We will use both data-driven and traditional negotiation techniques to ensure you are getting the best possible offer.
What we’ll do:
Understand your current offer and your current total compensation
Determine what type of compensation is most important to you - cash, equity, or other benefits
Pull relevant comparables and back into what your offered equity is worth
Land on what a fair ask is, and gather the data to support your ask
Practice your ask and ensure you’re prepared for any objections
Get you more money!
Cost: 2% of any additional salary I help you negotiate
