I specialize in helping individuals that are transitioning from banking, finance, and consulting to the tech industry. As I know this transition is a scary one, I want to help you make it as seamless as possible. 

I'm an advisor, board member, investor, and have operational experience at various tech firms. Being so close to the industry, I have a very good idea of the types of candidates they are looking for and how to best prepare you. My background is in banking and finance, and I was able to successfully transition to the tech space, with a few stops along the way.

I've prepared many people who are ready to make major career shifts. Many of these people have been at the same company or role for a long time, and trust me, it’s daunting.

Negotiating your salary can be a difficult and intimidating thing to do. I will not only help you determine what to ask for, but I’ll also help you craft and deliver your ask. Don’t leave money on the table.
